Tax: does Brazil have a treaty with your country?

Brazil has no tax treaty with this country, but the Receita Federal recognises reciprocity. Income tax paid there can be credited against Brazilian tax, within the Receita Federal's limits, without having to prove reciprocity. This covers national income tax only, not state or local taxes. Brazil's earlier treaty with this country stopped applying on January 1, 2006.
